Job summary

Tremend is seeking a Murex Flex Developer to join our Poznań team, working on complex Murex MX.3 FLEX projects for energy and commodities clients. You will design, develop, and integrate FLEX components, APIs, and interfaces to support trade lifecycle processing, risk, and reporting.

The role requires strong Murex MX.3 FLEX experience, Java, and SQL skills, plus collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using Murex FLEX within the MX.3 platform.
• Develop business logic, workflow customizations, screens, and processing enhancements using FLEX APIs and Murex development framework.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Operations, and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and support interfaces between Murex and external systems using MxML, XML, REST APIs, FIX, and messaging technologies.
• Perform technical analysis, debugging, and performance tuning of FLEX components.
• Support trade lifecycle processing, pricing, risk calculations, and reporting enhancements.
• Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution for business-critical applications.
• Produce technical design documents, development specifications, and support documentation.
• Ensure development follows Murex best practices, coding standards, and release management processes.
