Job summary

Tremend is seeking a Murex Business Analyst to join our Product Management team in Poznań. You will bridge business and technology across commodity trading workflows, focusing on Front Office operations and MX.3 implementations.

You’ll gather requirements, model processes, and support integrations with MxML, FIX, and FPML. The role emphasizes end-to-end trade lifecycle support, data management, testing (UAT and production validation), and collaboration with traders, IT, and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Front Office trade lifecycle and commodities trading.
• Ability to bridge business and technology across complex trading workflows.
• Experience documenting BRDs and functional specifications for金融 systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for commodity trading workflows.
• Collaborate with traders, quantitative analysts, operations, and IT teams to deliver Murex MX.3 solutions.
• Design and support trade integration between platforms and MXML, FIX, FpML, REST APIs, XML, and messaging technologies.
