Job summary

Onde is looking for a Media Production Specialist to join our Brand team in Poland. This hands-on role covers content from idea to finished piece, and publication across social channels.

You will own end-to-end media production, create video content for YouTube and Instagram, and support market launches in Poland with potential expansion to Europe.

Ideal candidates have strong video skills, experience with social platforms, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with marketing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning end-to-end media or digital content production.
• Experience taking content from concept through to publishing and analysis.
• Strong hands-on video production experience.
• Experience with social platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok.
• Ability to work independently and meet briefs with minimal guidance.
• English - Upper Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Own media production end-to-end from idea to publishing and performance analysis.
• Create video and digital content for Onde’s channels.
• Develop content around brand and Poland launches.
• Adapt content for city-by-city market launches.
• Collaborate with Brand and Marketing teams to turn business goals into content.
• Track content performance using data insights to improve future content.
• Turn briefs into finished pieces independently with planning, shooting, editing and publishing.
• Build a portfolio of content initiatives and learnings for future campaigns.
