Job summary

SNI is a trusted IT outsourcing partner delivering multi-tenant security solutions for clients worldwide. The role focuses on deploying, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise-grade firewall, VPN, and SASE/ZTNA environments while aligning with client audits and SLA expectations.

The position requires hands-on NGFW experience, strong networking fundamentals, and familiarity with MSP ticketing and automation. Excellent client communication is essential for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with NGFWs (Palo Alto Panorama, Fortinet FortiManager, or Cisco Firepower).
• Solid grounding in enterprise networking (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, IPsec/SSL VPN, SD-WAN).
• Experience with NAC solutions (Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass) and SASE/ZTNA platforms.
• Familiarity with MSP ticketing and RMM tools (ServiceNow, ConnectWise, PRTG).
• Basic automation skills using Python or Ansible.
• Strong troubleshooting and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities
