Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a MS Dynamics 365 BC Senior Consultant to join our consulting team focused on cutting-edge IT solutions for major clients across the EMEA region.

You’ll work with BC modules across finance, sales/purchasing and logistics, deliver advisory services, and manage implementation quality while collaborating with R&D to extend system capabilities. Some travel may be required, with a hybrid Katowice location (2 days in office/3 days remote).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations in finance, sales/purchase or logistics.
• Understanding of functional BC features and data migration experience.
• Experience as an independent functional/technical consultant with at least one full module implementation.
• Willingness to travel for client projects and reporting progress of R&D initiatives.
• Readiness to create Power BI reporting upon client request.

The opportunity

Right now, we are looking for MS DYNAMICS 365 BC (Business Central) Senior Consultant to join our EY GDS Consulting team focused on providing cutting - edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in EMEA region.

Your key responsibilities

You’ll be working with state-of-the-art technologies in the area of MS DYNAMICS 365 BC (Business Central). The idea is to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems; implement the newest MS DYNAMICS 365 BC solutions and manage the quality of implementation projects.

Skills and attributes for success

• At least 3+ years of experience in MS DYNAMICS 365 Business Central implementations in areas of finance, sales/purchase or logistics
• Understanding of functional aspects of the systems and Business Central features
• Experience in data migration

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Experience with independent work as functional and/or technical Consultant; at least one full Business Central module implementation project

Working experience and practical knowledge on Business Central Submodules:

• Finance (AP/AR processes, General Ledger, Cost Centers, VAT, Fixed Assets)
• Locations

• Readiness to participate in MS DYNAMICS 365 Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.
• Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new MS DYNAMICS 365 solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.
• Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review.

Practical experience and skills in:

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Readiness to create Power BI reporting per client request
• Communicative level of German or other European languages
