Job summary

Schneider Electric in Warsaw is seeking a Motion and Video Designer to craft engaging visuals for social content, campaigns, and brand storytelling. You will work across 2D/3D, interviews, and campaigns, blending creativity with technical skills and AI tools to accelerate ideation and production.

Qualifications

3–5 years of professional experience in motion design or video production.
Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or similar.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
Portfolio demonstrating motion design and video editing.
Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Create motion graphics, animations, and video content across channels and touchpoints.
Bring Schneider Electric’s brand to life through 2D and 3D motion design.
Produce and edit video content, including interviews, campaigns, and social assets.
Collaborate with designers, writers, project managers, and stakeholders.
Use AI-powered tools to support ideation and production workflows.
Organize project files and maintain consistency and visual hierarchy.
Stay up to date with motion design and emerging technologies.
