Job summary

Moder is seeking a Loan Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our Loan Officers, helping manage loan files from pre-approval through closing while supporting sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience using Salesforce CRM (Required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems.
• Ability to work PST hours.
• Mortgage experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loan files from pre-approval through closing.
• Collect, organize, and maintain borrower documentation.
• Monitor loan milestones and ensure timely progress.
• Communicate with Loan Officers, processors, clients, and partners.
• Assist with Loan Officer-approved marketing materials and campaigns.
• Conduct market research on housing trends, local markets, competitors, and referral opportunities.
