Job summary

American Millenium Company LLC is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to evaluate and process loan applications. You will interview applicants, assess creditworthiness, and complete loan filings, requiring excellent communication and customer service. A current book of business is preferred as is knowledge of current lending practices and regulations.

The position offers fully remote work if needed and may accommodate teams or branches running remotely.

Qualifications

• Valid current NMLS number is required.
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer is preferred.
• Familiarity with Excel, databases and loan processing software is helpful.
• Knowledge of lending products and practices is expected.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to perform in a goal-oriented environment.
