ING Hubs Poland is seeking a Model Risk Expert to enhance steering mechanisms, extend reporting capabilities, and contribute to MoRM framework projects. You will work with an international team to deliver robust risk reporting and analytics across portfolios.

The role emphasizes Python-driven processes, Power BI visualizations, and collaboration with Risk, Data, and Technology teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of model risk management concepts and techniques.
• Proven experience in data analytics, reporting and portfolio-level risk monitoring.
• Hands-on Python programming experience for data manipulation and automation.
• Advanced knowledge of data structuring and modelling with large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization using Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of SQL and large-scale data processing is a plus.
• Experience designing automated reporting solutions and process improvements.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies applied to reporting/analytics.

Responsabilités

• Review model risk topics and provide expert advice, ensuring MoRM framework compliance.
• Analyze model inventory and portfolio data to identify risks and trends.
• Design, develop, and maintain portfolio-level model risk dashboards and KPIs.
• Build automated analytical processes and reporting workflows using Python.
• Transform large datasets into meaningful management information and insights.
• Develop advanced visualizations and interactive reports in Power BI or similar.
• Support improvements of data quality controls and reporting frameworks.
• Leverage AI/new tech to improve reporting deliverables and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with global Risk, Data, Technology and Business teams on initiatives.
• Draft business requirements and partner with technology teams to implement enhancements.
