Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Mobile GRC Lead to own security and regulatory matters for the global Smart Mobile Devices team. You will oversee the security posture of the mobile ecosystem, coordinate with Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Legal, and drive risk-based governance across devices and platforms.

The role requires leading vulnerability management, patch processes, and annual self-assessments, with strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication of risks to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT governance, security or compliance in enterprises.
• Experience with mobile security frameworks and risk management.
• Strong English communication; ability to draft security reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main interface between Smart Mobile Devices and central security/legal functions.
• Chair the monthly Mobile Security Committee and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Maintain IT risk registers and govern risk mitigation programs.
