Job summary

Bosch Polska is looking for a Mobile GRC Lead to own security and regulatory matters for the Smart Mobile Devices portfolio. You will shape risk governance, coordinate with cybersecurity and legal, and drive policy implementation across iOS/Android and rugged devices.

The role requires 5+ years in IT security/governance, strong MDM experience, and excellent stakeholder communication to manage complex risks in a global mobility environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT governance, security or compliance within an enterprise environment.
• Experience with IT risk registers and formal assessments or audits.
• Knowledge of mobile security frameworks and vulnerability management lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills and ability to draft security reports for non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary authority for security and regulatory matters within the Smart Mobile Devices team.
• Chair the Mobile Security Committee and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Maintain IT risk registers and ensure mitigation strategies.
• Lead vulnerability management and patch governance for mobile devices.
