Job summary

ipracujzdalnie.pl is seeking a seasoned Mobile Fullstack Team Leader to drive architecture and delivery for scalable fintech apps. You will lead Backend, Mobile, QA and Product teams and shape technical strategy for production readiness.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of software development, strong Java/Spring Boot, Kotlin, iOS/Android experience and hands-on leadership in real-time data systems, with AWS, Docker and Kubernetes proficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of commercial software development experience.
• Experience as Team Leader, Tech Leader, or similar.
• Led teams across backend, mobile, QA and product functions.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot and the Spring Framework.
• Experience designing backend and client application architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead an interdisciplinary team including Backend, Mobile, QA and Product.
• Own end-to-end development of key fintech features.
• Plan technical roadmap and coordinate execution.
• Make and review architectural decisions for the platform.
• Mentor developers and establish engineering standards.
• Design scalable, real-time financial systems.
• Ensure security, performance and regulatory compliance.
• Adopt modern architectural patterns and development practices.
• Integrate Generative AI and AI-assisted tooling in daily work.
