HeadHR poszukuje doświadczonego Mobile Fullstack Team Leadera, który połączy silne kompetencje techniczne z umiejętnością prowadzenia interdyscyplinarnych zespołów. W roli tej będziesz odpowiedzialny za kluczowe obszary produktów finansowych, nadzorując prace Backend, Mobile, QA i Product.

Planowanie techniczne, definiowanie roadmapy oraz koordynowanie realizacji, a także podejmowanie decyzji architektonicznych będą codziennością.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years commercial software development experience.
• Experience as Team Leader.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Experience designing backend and client applications architecture.
• Knowledge of Clean Architecture.
• Practical experience in iOS and Android apps.
• Kotlin Multiplatform experience.
• Experience designing scalable and secure mobile apps.
• Knowledge of AWS environment.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and production deployment practices.
• Experience with transactional systems and real-time data processing.
• Knowledge of security, privacy, data integrity.
• Ability to translate complex financial/regulatory processes into product solutions.
• Experience with Generative AI and AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience or familiarity with Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
• Experience integrating AI into software development processes or product features.
• Knowledge of AI on Edge in mobile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary team including Backend, Mobile, QA and Product.
• End-to-end responsibility for development of key financial product areas.
• Technical planning, roadmap definition and delivery coordination.
• Make architectural decisions and provide opinions.
• Mentor developers and develop standards and best engineering practices.
• Design and develop financial systems operating in real time.
• Build scalable and fault-tolerant platforms handling high transaction volumes.
• Ensure security, performance and regulatory compliance.
• Introduce modern architectural patterns and development practices.
• Utilize Generative AI and AI-assisted development tools in daily work.
• Own full life cycle of solution from concept to production.
