Job summary

ipracujzdalnie.pl seeks an experienced Mobile Fullstack Team Leader to guide an interdisciplinary team of Backend, Mobile, QA and Product in building scalable real-time FinTech systems.

You will own end-to-end development, define the architectural roadmap, mentor engineers, ensure security and regulatory compliance, and apply Generative AI to boost productivity. 10+ years of software experience required; Polish market context.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Experience leading teams including Backend, Mobile, QA and Product.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and the Spring Framework.
• Experience designing backend and client architectures.
• Practical iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) development experience.
• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
• Experience in AWS, Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Understanding CI/CD and production deployment practices.
• Experience with real-time data processing and financial systems.
• Knowledge of security, privacy, and data integrity.
• Ability to translate complex financial/regulatory processes into product solutions.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and AI-assisted development.
• Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development (SDD).

Mobile Fullstack Team Leader

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Fullstack Team Leader who combines strong technical skills with experience leading interdisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of software development experience and practice building scalable real-time FinTech systems. Experience leading end-to-end solutions - from architectural decisions, through development and integration, to production deployment will be important.

• Leading an interdisciplinary team including Backend, Mobile, QA and Product
• End-to-end responsibility for developing key areas of financial products
• Technical planning, defining the roadmap and coordinating execution
• Making and reviewing architectural decisions
• Mentoring developers and developing engineering standards and best practices
• Designing and developing real-time financial systems
• Building scalable and fault-tolerant platforms handling high transaction volumes
• Ensuring security, performance and compliance of developed solutions with regulatory requirements
• Introducing modern architectural patterns and development practices
• Using Generative AI and AI-assisted development tools in the team's daily work
• Responsibility for the full lifecycle of the solution - from concept to production environment

We Expect You Have

• Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in software development
• Experience in the role of Team Leader, Tech Leader, or a similar technical-leadership role
• Experience leading teams covering backend, mobile, QA, and collaboration with Product
• Very good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and the Spring Framework
• Experience designing the architecture of backend and client applications
• Very good knowledge of Clean Architecture principles
• Practical experience building iOS applications - Swift / SwiftUI
• Practical experience building Android applications - Kotlin / Jetpack Compose
• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
• Experience designing scalable and secure mobile applications
• Knowledge of the AWS environment
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and production deployment practices
• Experience with systems handling transactions and real-time data processing
• Knowledge of issues related to security, privacy, and data integrity
• Ability to translate complex financial and regulatory processes into product solutions
• Experience with Generative AI and tools that enhance developer productivity
• Experience or familiarity with the Spec-Driven Development (SDD) approach
