Job summary

Fetcherr, Warsaw-based, is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to head the MLOps group. You will guide a small team of engineers, build a scalable ML platform, and own end-to-end pipelines from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.

You will stay hands-on, contribute to design, ensure model quality and reproducibility, and drive infrastructure improvements as the company scales its pricing intelligence platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering.
• 5+ years of commercial Python experience.
• 3+ years leading a team of engineers with delivery ownership.
• Hands-on ML model lifecycle experience: training, deployment, monitoring, retraining.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of MLOps engineers with delivery ownership.
• Own infrastructure and pipeline initiatives across the LMM group from design to production.
• Stay hands-on: contribute to design and code, review work, set standards.
• Drive ML model-lifecycle milestones and infrastructure ownership.
• Collaborate with R&D and stakeholders to translate research needs into scalable systems.
• Help evolve the platform, including migration from Dask to Ray.
