Job summary

HRK S.A. is looking for an AI Engineer to join its AI Hub team and develop modern solutions using Agentic AI, LLMs, and Generative AI. You will work on solutions from architecture design to deployment and production maintenance.

The role requires hands-on backend development, integration work, and strong knowledge of Python, LLMs, and cloud/on-premise deployment. Polish and English fluency is essential, with hybrid work at the Warsaw office.

Qualifications

• Production AI or software solutions experience.
• Very good knowledge of Python.
• Practical experience with LLM / GenAI / Agentic AI.
• Knowledge of RAG, tool use, prompt engineering, multi-agent systems.
• Experience with LangGraph / LangChain / AutoGen / CrewAI or similar.
• Strong backend development skills including APIs and integrations.
• Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD knowledge.
• Fluent Polish and English.

This role is for someone who wants to work on solutions used in real business environments—from architecture design through development to deployment and production maintenance.

• Building and developing backend systems, APIs, and integrations with existing systems and data sources

• Very good knowledge of Python

• Knowledge of topics such as RAG, tool use, prompt engineering, multi-agent systems, and orchestration
• Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph / LangChain / AutoGen / CrewAI or similar
• Strong software/backend skills-we are looking for someone who can also build backend systems, APIs, and integrations, not just agent-based solutions
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Very good command of Polish and English
• Experience with agents, RAG, or prompt engineering alone will not be sufficient. We are looking for someone who can turn an AI solution into a working, stable product.

• Employment under an employment contract
• Salary depending on experience: PLN 15,000-25,000 gross
