Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Krakow is seeking a Software Engineer with a strong DevOps background to build and operate cloud-based, highly available systems. You will work across Kubernetes, Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and automation with Ansible and CI/CD pipelines.

Expect collaboration across time zones, Linux systems, virtualization, and monitoring in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. On-site in Krakow with relocation possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a DevOps or related role.
• Experience with Linux (RHEL preferred).
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• CI/CD tooling experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Strong English communication and cross-time-zone collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Join Emergency Call Handling team in Krakow to extend mission critical platform.
• Build cloud-based solutions with high availability and observability.
• Automate infrastructure and deployment pipelines using Ansible, CI/CD tools, and cloud services.
