Job summary

Motorola Solutions Polska is seeking an experienced Java/DevOps engineer to design and build private cloud-based solutions. The role emphasizes high availability, robust testing, and cutting-edge deployment practices, with a blend of on-premises and cloud environments.

You’ll work in a Scrum-driven team, choosing your editor/OS while contributing to scalable, secure systems. You’ll partner with backend developers and a Product Owner, with opportunities to grow Kotlin skills and master modern

Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency in Java with Spring Boot and Kotlin.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps).
• Hands-on with data stores like Redis and MongoDB; observability stacks (ELK, Prometheus/Grafana).
• Nice to have OpenShift experience and knowledge of SIP/networks.

Responsibilities

• Build private cloud-based solutions with high availability (99.999%).
• Collaborate with backend developers and Product Owner in Scrum environment.
• Balance on-premises and cloud deployments, with 20-minute deployment windows considered.
