Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw, on-site, is seeking a Middleware Engineer to join a large data center migration program. You will work on middleware layers that support payment card processing, collaborating with cross-country SMEs and project managers.

Responsibilities include migrating applications, tuning performance, and creating live Confluence documentation. Fluency in Polish and English and strong PL/SQL skills are essential.

• Excellent Polish and English communication, with ability to present technical scope clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform Middleware Engineer role for application migration within a large data center migration program.
• Support applications serving payment card processing and issuer/acquirer business processes.
• Collaborate with FTS Application & Middleware Team to execute BAU tasks and resolve blockers.
• Produce high-quality live Confluence documentation and monitor environments for performance and reliability.

Job description

Location: Warsaw, on-site (5 days per week from the Client's office)

Rate: 130 - 150 PLN net/h via Experis

Tasks:

• Perform the role of Middleware Engineer for an application migration initiative within a large data center migration program
• Support applications serving payment card acceptance / acquiring and issuer processor business processes
• Work within a three-tier architecture environment and support an extensive Middleware layer critical for service migration
• Collaborate closely with the FTS Application & Middleware Team to execute BAU tasks
• Work closely with Project Managers to drive build, testing and migration activities, including preparing and placing infrastructure build, configuration or access requests and removing blockers
• Diagnose and solve technical issues
• Monitor environments for performance and reliability
• Produce and maintain high-quality live documentation in Confluence

Requirements:

• Experience with application migrations and an understanding of challenges related to data center migration
• Knowledge of BMC Control-M
• Knowledge of Oracle Application Express (APEX)
• Knowledge of Oracle Data Integrator 12c
• Knowledge of Oracle Internet Directory 11g / 12c
