Job summary

Vention, a global engineering partner, seeks a QA Automation Engineer to design and automate tests for web/mobile apps. You will build scalable automation frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers in a dynamic, AI-driven environment.

The role requires 2+ years of QA automation, strong OOP, and proficiency in C#, .NET, or Playwright. Hybrid work in Gdansk, Poland with English communication during client demos and meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on QA automation experience.
• Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) knowledge.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, or Playwright.
• Experience developing automation frameworks and scalable automation solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Automate testing for web and/or mobile applications using C#, JavaScript, Java, or Python.
• Create new automation frameworks, define their architecture, and write scripts within existing frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Communicate directly with customers in English during demo sessions and project meetings.
• Consult on tools and approaches to test automation tailored to each project's needs.
• Mentor junior engineers and actively share your experience with the team.

What you bring

• Solid experience with one or more programming languages: C#, .NET, Playwright
• Proven ability to develop automation frameworks and build scalable automation solutions
• Familiarity with project estimation techniques
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
