Job summary

INFUSE is seeking a Middle Project Manager to lead the development and rollout of internal systems and business processes. You will be analytical, people-savvy, and work directly with stakeholders at all levels.

Own the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery, with change management and KPI monitoring. Embrace an data-driven approach and explore AI-enabled improvements to drive measurable outcomes for the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes.
• Strong organizational and delivery skills with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
• English B2 or above.

Responsibilities

• Own the full internal project lifecycle — from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation.
• Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify needs, validate assumptions, and translate them into actionable project requirements.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation strategies.
• Lead implementation of new products, tools, or processes into existing business workflows.
• Lead change management efforts, staying flexible and adapting quickly to evolving requirements, priorities, and business needs while ensuring smooth execution and alignment across teams.
• Monitor project performance and KPIs, keeping delivery aligned with business outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and proposed solutions.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and efficiency gaps across teams.
