• 3+ years of experience in building or integrating AI systems, data pipelines, or retrieval-based architectures.
• Strong Python skills and hands‑on experience with modern AI frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with data preprocessing, transformation, indexing, and query optimization.
• Practical experience with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines — building retrievers, generators, and optimizing retrieval quality.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL and at least one vector database (Pinecone, FAISS, Qdrant, or OpenSearch vector engine).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, independence, and ability to work in agile environments.

Would be a plus

• Experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, ECS, Bedrock).
• Familiarity with RAG frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and retrieval/search techniques (semantic, hybrid, keyword).
• Contributions to open‑source projects or participation in R&D initiatives related to AI or retrieval systems.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain AI systems focused on RAG pipelines — retrieval, context construction, and generation.
• Develop and optimize ETL/data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Integrate AI services into production systems using REST APIs.
• Contribute to technical documentation, planning, and estimation of AI‑related tasks.
• Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency of AI solutions.
