Job summary

NoyMed CRO is seeking a Mid-Senior Statistical Programmer to deliver SAS-driven programming for clinical trials, including SDTM/ADaM, TLGs, and SAP compliance. The role emphasizes clear communication, problem solving, and collaboration with project statisticians and clients.

Candidates will mentor junior programmers, manage timelines, and ensure data quality. A bachelor's in CS/Math/Statistics and 3+ years of experience with SAS required; knowledge of R/SQL a plus; English proficiency needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in statistical programming for clinical research.
• SAS programming language experience is required (SAS Certification preferred).
• Proficiency in R, SQL, or other programming tools is preferred.
• Prior leading role experience, managing project timelines, or mentoring team members is a plus.
• Professional English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Applied knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct work consistent with GCP, ICH, 21 CFR Part 11, internal SOPs, and international regulatory requirements.
• Develop and validate specifications, algorithms, and programs for SDTM and ADaM datasets following CDISC implementation guides and SAP.
• Create, upgrade, and validate programs to produce Tables, Listings, and Graphs (TLGs), maintaining data accuracy, traceability, and reproducibility.
• Build SAS macros to automate and standardize routine data workflows.
• Lead statistical programming activities, oversee project plans, track daily status and timelines, monitor budgets, and communicate directly with clients and project statisticians when assigned.
• Serve as mentors and guides for junior programmers.
