Job summary

Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Mid/Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join a healthtech team delivering US-market solutions that speed up patient access to prescribed medicines.

The role focuses on a mature Rails monolith, maintaining high quality and security for sensitive medical data, and contributing to features that shorten the time from prescription to home delivery. Excellent English and Polish are required for client calls and internal collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years (Mid) / minimum 5 years (Senior) of professional Ruby/Rails experience.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills and relational design; familiarity with NoSQL and caching.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Git workflows; solid testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side features in a large Rails monolith.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL data models; integrate with MSSQL as needed.
• Implement and maintain background jobs with Sidekiq; ensure reliability.
