RETCON is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Consultant to join our retail ERP practice in Warsaw. You will analyze client issues, design and customize Commerce modules, and train users while documenting solutions. This role emphasizes strong communication, independent problem solving, and collaboration with development teams to deliver tailored ERP/Commerce implementations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Commerce ERP systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Commerce consultant.
• Strong communication and teaching skills for client interaction.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Well-developed analytical skills.
• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel).
