Job summary

Crystal Mountain w Polsce poszukuje specjalisty ds. sprzedaży do obsługi działu MICE i sprzedaży usług hotelowych. Będziesz aktywnie pozyskiwać nowych klientów i rozwijać relacje biznesowe z klientami korporacyjnymi.

Qualifications

• Doświadczenie w pracy z klientami.
• Umiejętności sprzedaży i negocjacji.
• Łatwość nawiązywania kontaktów i budowania długoterminowych relacji.
• Umiejętność aktywnego słuchania i poszukiwania alternatywnych rozwiązań.
• Podstawy pakietu MS Office.
• Doświadczenie pracy w hotelarstwie mile widziane.

Job description

• Participation in building the sales strategy of the MICE department
• Active acquisition of new clients for the Hotel
• Sales of hotel and conference services of the Crystal Mountain 5* hotel

We expect candidates to

• Experience in working with customers
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Ease in establishing contacts and building long-term relationships with clients
• Active listening skills and searching for alternative solutions
• Basic MS Office package skills
• Experience working in a hotel is welcome
