Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking an AI Video Editor for Meta Ads to design static and short-form video creatives for U.S.-facing campaigns. You will craft UGC-style and product-focused ads, turning hooks and offers into direct-response creatives and testing multiple variations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in design, strong skills in Figma/Photoshop/Premiere/After Effects, and experience with paid social performance for DTC brands in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Proven hands-on experience creating paid social performance creative for DTC/e-commerce or B2C brands.
• Strong experience creating Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads.
• Portfolio showing paid social/performance marketing work, not branding or organic.
• Experience creating static ads and short-form video ads, including UGC creative.
• Strong understanding of direct-response creative, hooks, conversion-focused advertising, and testing.
• Ability to create and iterate multiple creative variations based on performance data.
• Hands-on experience using AI image/video generation tools for marketing creative.
• Strong design fundamentals across typography, composition, hierarchy, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong English communication and understanding of U.S. consumer marketing.
• Experience at a DTC/e-commerce brand or performance marketing/creative agency is a plus.
• DTC health, wellness, or subscription experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design performance-driven static and short-form video ads for Meta and other paid social channels.
• Create UGC-style, testimonial, product-focused, motion, and AI-generated ad creatives.
• Turn hooks, customer pain points, offers, and marketing concepts into direct-response creative.
• Create multiple ad variations to test hooks, messaging, formats, layouts, and visual directions.
• Use motion, typography, subtitles, and animation to improve creative performance.
• Use AI image and video generation tools as part of the workflow.
• Analyze creative performance and iterate based on results and feedback.
• Collaborate with the creative strategist and marketing team on concepts, tests, and winning directions.
• Move quickly and manage a high volume of creative in a fast-paced environment.
