Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland is preparing for the future launch of VAN production and the rollout of PLUS.NG, the next-generation MES. We seek an experienced IT Business Analyst Specialist to coordinate between local production teams, central product teams and business stakeholders during rollout, commissioning and stabilization.

Qualifications

• PLUS.NG implementation, rollout or support experience preferred.
• Strong MES/production IT understanding and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with shopfloor integrations and production data flows.
• Experience coordinating requirements, GAP analysis and rollout activities.
• Familiarity with PLUS.NG modules (DWA, SQC, QUP, RECON, PFERD, PQD) is advantageous.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence for tracking tasks and documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local PLUS.NG rollout activities across production areas and functions.
• Manage requirements, GAP analysis and implementation measures with business and IT.
• Support testing, commissioning, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Coordinate dependencies related to system integrations, master data, infra and shopfloor interfaces.
• Track progress, risks, actions and defects using Jira and Confluence.
• Interface between local teams, production, engineering, quality and central product orgs.
• Transfer PLUS.NG knowledge and help develop local support capabilities.
