Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a senior FP&A lead for the MedTech & Consumer Health function in Warszawa. You will partner with the Finance Head to drive budgeting, forecasting, costing and financial analysis across a regional function, delivering strategic insights and ensuring sound financial practices.

The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and opportunities to influence profitability and performance, including due diligence for potential M&A and development of critical business metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Financial Management.
• 7 years of progressive experience in business analysis, accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• CPA or other professional financial certification required.
• Technical proficiency with financial application software is essential.
• Excellent communication, leadership and focus.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into proactive plans to achieve business results.
• Ensure GAAP and policy compliance across reporting and transactions.
• Develop metrics to support daily and long-term planning.
• Lead budgeting, annual plans and monthly forecasts.
• Support pricing strategies and analysis as needed.
• Prepare for monthly/functional reviews and ad-hoc analyses.
• Contribute to due diligence and business case preparation for M&A.
• Provide monthly financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison between business heads and finance leadership.
• Monitor spend, identify risks and opportunities, and advise on ROI.
• Oversee P&L for HR, Finance, and Commercial Ops.
