Job summary

Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ) is seeking a Medical Science Manager to drive KOL engagement, data dissemination and medical leadership in Poland. The role emphasizes compliant scientific exchange, strategic medical input, and cross-functional collaboration across clinical research programs.

You will lead scientific communication, provide input to medical strategies, train Sales and Medical colleagues, and interact with investigators, HCPs, and regulatory stakeholders while traveling

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree with experience in medical communication and KOL engagement.
• Experience in pre-launch and launch activities and cross-functional project leadership.
• Strong scientific presentation, stakeholder-management and prioritisation skills.
• Fluency in English, high integrity and alignment with Sobi values.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of country medical affairs plans focusing on KOL engagement, scientific data generation support and data dissemination.
• Engage and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders to expand partnerships.
• Provide scientific liaison support to investigators and manage scientific partnerships and inquiries.
• Plan and execute KOL engagement strategies and maintain CRM data accuracy and timeliness.
