Job summary

Sobi is seeking a Medical Science Manager (MSM) to drive KOL engagement, data generation support and data dissemination in Poland under the MSMs Lead Poland. You will implement country medical affairs plans and build professional relationships with HCPs, investigators and key opinion leaders.

This role requires strong scientific presentation, stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership, with approximately 40% travel.

Qualifications

• University degree in life sciences or related field
• Experience in medical communication
• KOL engagement experience
• Pre-launch and launch activities experience
• Cross-functional project leadership

Responsibilities

• Engage KOLs and HCPs, build professional relationships
• Disseminate data per country medical plan
• Present clinical information to KOLs/HCPs
• Support data dissemination at congresses/seminars/workshops
• Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries within timelines
• Conduct therapeutic training for Sales and Medical teams
• Provide medical leadership and strategic planning
• Support clinical research programs and investigator-initiated studies
• Lead internal project teams when assigned
