Job summary

Amplity in Poland seeks an experienced Medical Affairs MSL to establish a respected presence with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and scientific societies within the assigned therapeutic area.

You will develop local medical plans aligned with global strategy, engage in compliant scientific exchange, and generate insights to support local medical strategy and broader business objectives. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD or MSc degree preferred.
• 4-5 years MSL or equivalent Medical Affairs experience.
• Regional or multi-country Medical Affairs experience is advantageous.
• Experience in neurological, respiratory, or rare/orphan conditions preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and conduct credible scientific exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement medical engagement plans aligned with local medical strategy.
• Ensure compliant, high-quality scientific exchange on disease states and therapies.
• Maintain a strong field presence, with significant external engagement.
• Represent Amplity at scientific congresses and advisory boards.
• Translate insights into actionable local medical strategy and cross-functional input.
