At Stryker's Skawina facility, the Production Planning role ensures reliable manufacturing and timely delivery of medical implants and instruments worldwide. You will collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering teams to optimize planning and execution.

The role emphasizes ERP-based planning, inventory control, and cross-functional coordination, supporting on-time delivery while maintaining optimal stock levels in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning and supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using SAP ERP systems.
• Experience working with ERP systems for production planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production activities to support on-time delivery targets.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and material planning data within the ERP system.
• Monitor production schedules and work with manufacturing teams to achieve planned output.
• Manage raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory levels.
• Track and report open and overdue orders, develop recovery plans.
• Lead production capacity planning with Production and Engineering to align resources with demand.
• Allocate production orders to customers based on demand forecasts and priorities.
• Update WIP assignments to demand prior to the PTS stage.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Customer Service, and Production to ensure on-time fulfillment.
