Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking experienced hardware engineers in Poland to tackle rigorous, self-contained problems based on realistic industry scenarios. You will craft reference solutions using calculations, simulations, or experiments.

You will use tools like Python, MATLAB, Simulink, SPICE, Julia, C/C++, to validate results and drive reliable hardware products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics or related field.
• Significant hardware engineering and product development experience.
• Ownership of a major engineering problem with production or validated model.
• Experience working with Coding Agents is a must.

Requirements

• Bachelor s, Master s, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or a closely related field.
• Significant professional or research experience in hardware engineering, product development, systems integration, testing, validation, reliability, or failure analysis.
• Demonstrated ownership of a substantial engineering problem, such as a product or subsystem that reached production or a model validated against physical testing.
• Experience working with Coding Agents is a must.
