Job summary

Arjo is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for Foam Mattresses / VTE Prevention. You will contribute to product lifecycle from R&D to sustaining engineering, ensuring production continuity and implementing design improvements.

The role requires a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, fluent English (B2), and Polish language skills, with experience in CAD and testing. Flexible hours and remote work days are offered, along with transport from Poznań.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
English written and spoken at least B2 level.
Fluency in Polish.
Experience with technical documentation and testing.
3D CAD modeling in SolidWorks and PDM.

Responsibilities

Secure production and product continuity by solving production challenges and managing obsolescence and life cycle updates.
Develop, test, and document product designs using CAD tools and bench testing.
Participate in research and development of new products.
Identify and develop improvements to mechanical components and systems for performance, quality, cost, and value.
Plan, execute, and document tests to verify design quality and compliance.
Analyze change requests, trouble reports, CAPAs, and customer claims.
Independently plan and execute engineering activities from concept to implementation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including customers and suppliers.
