Job summary

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
  • Produce engineering documentation (on time, to budget, and of suitable quality) to support requests for quotes, customer orders, manufacturing, suppliers, etc. such as drawings, calculations, data sheets, and procedures that meet customer specifications, current legislation, and the Pall Quality Management System.
  • Work as part of a cross–functional team designing and detailing products ensuring safety, reliability, robustness, and functionality that is easy to manufacture, operate, and maintain.
  • Provide manufacturing support to ensure factories have consistent output, quality, and costs.
  • Participate in and lead technical clarification meetings with other groups at Pall as well as customers and suppliers.
  • Participate in and lead troubleshooting and problem‑solving activities with customers, suppliers on product technical issues.
  • Through a process of continuous improvement and VAVE, develop the processes and products across all disciplines so that time and cost can be optimized while still ensuring a robust and effective process and product.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
  • Bachelor Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant work experience, preferred design experience.
  • Good understanding of mechanical design principles relating to pressure vessels/housing, ASME, PED, EN codes and other international standards.
  • Hands‑on experience with PV elite software and process systems, as per international standards.
  • Proficient in 2D & 3D drafting using Autodesk Inventor CAD, with experience in pressure vessel design aligned with international standards.
  • Good knowledge of major manufacturing processes including welding, machining, forming, molding/casting, and sealing mechanisms.
  • Ability to multi‑task.
  • Very good communication skills in English and Polish.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
  • Ability to travel – 20 % travel, overnight, within territory.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in design of filtration and pressure vessels/housings products or equivalent.
