Job summary

Google’s gTech Ads team seeks a data-driven expert to lead measurement and analytics efforts for clients across Europe, including Ireland and Poland. You will guide scalable measurement solutions, run diagnostic analyses, and design tests to drive business impact.

This role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver measurement strategies, implement scalable frameworks, and ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with measurement platforms, analytics and attribution modeling.
• Experience with statistical analysis, interpreting data, identifying trends, root cause findings, and making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary expert; be the central point-of-contact for clients for scaled implementation and execution for all Google measurement products.
• Perform diagnostic and solution implementation. Assessing client measurement needs, identifying gaps in their current strategies, and implementing effective solutions.
• Design and execute measurement strategies. Design and execution of various measurement tests and studies, such as A/B experiments, brand lift studies, and incrementality studies, to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Drive Industrialisation work to unlock super-scale. This includes initiatives to componentise and templatise complex measurement workflows (e.g., causal impact, incrementality), leveraging AI prompts, automation (Apps Script/SQL), and cross-functional partnerships to reduce turnaround times and improve test yield.
• Act as a strategic, cross-functional problem solver. Through active collaboration with both internal and external teams, ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
