Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Katowice seeks a seasoned professional to manage planning, scheduling, and the flow of materials across the production cycle, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

You will collaborate with Purchasing, Production, and Engineering, develop material specs, monitor inventory, and drive process improvements to boost supply chain performance. This role reports to the MPS Manager EMEA and supports a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and production workflows.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and increase production efficiency.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure agreement and feasibility of production plans.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory levels and improve stock levels to minimize waste and excess inventory.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce lead times.
