ROCKWOOL Group in Poznań is seeking a Master Data Trainee to support the customer master data. You will help maintain accurate data in SAP and engage with multiple teams to resolve data issues while learning core processes.

The role welcomes current students in master's study or final-year bachelor’s students, with English fluency and strong attention to detail. A hybrid work setup with office and remote options is available.

• Current student status pursuing master's studies or in final year of bachelor's with at least one year remaining.
• Fluent English and clear communication across stakeholders.
• Availability to work 25–30 hours per week.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and SAP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse, complete and create new master data and change requests in SAP to support daily operations.
• Resolve basic operational issues raised by local teams.
• Collaborate with other business units to address master data issues promptly.
• Support the team with calls to suppliers.
• Understand the holistic picture and impacts on the system landscape.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Would you like to learn something about how data are critical to the operation of a business? Master Data is something for you!

As a member of MD Business Partners Team, you will be responsible for the database of our customers. Thanks to your input, well-maintained, up-to-date and accurate business partners master data can significantly improve the business operations. You will have an opportunity to know the process within few markets and help us to propose the best standards. Remember – Master Data is not just about maintaining data! We will be happy to show you all the insights from our work.

What you will be doing :

• Analysing, completing and creating new master data and change requests in SAP system to support day to day business operations;
• Resolving basic operational issues reported by local organizations on daily basis;
• Cooperation with other business teams to address and resolve master data issues in a timely manner;
• Supporting the team with the calls to suppliers;
• Understanding the 'holistic picture' and recognizing and understanding any impacts to system landscape;
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring :

• Current student status;
• You have just started your master's studies or are in the final year of your bachelor's degree - you must have a minimum of one year of study ahead of you;
• Fluent English
• communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively across diverse stakeholder groups;
• Availability to work min. 25-30h/week;
• Familiarity with MS Excel and SAP (all nice to have);
• Risk and results oriented with focus on internal controls;
• Analytical skills and strong attention to details.
