Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of paid user acquisition strategy across channels, включая распределение бюджета, масштабирование и достижение ROAS и целей окупаемости.
• Управлять общей креативной стратегией и ASO, направляя внешних партнеров и развивая внутренние компетенции.
• Руководить и развивать CRM-менеджера, устанавливая KPI и превращая маркетинговую стратегию в операционные планы.
• Согласовывать бренд-активности, органику и жизненный цикл маркетинга с командами продукта для единого качественного опыта игроков.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Growth Products team in Poland and are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the team. In this role, you will take full strategic ownership of user acquisition for our Monopoly Match product, scaling performance marketing channels, driving creative and app store monetization strategies, and bringing our marketing capability in-house.

Задачи:

• Take full ownership of paid user acquisition strategy across channels, including spend allocation, scaling decisions, and hitting ROAS and payback targets
• Drive overall creative strategy and App Store Optimization (ASO), steering external partners as execution arms while building internal strategic capability
• Lead, coach, and support the CRM Manager, setting clear KPIs and translating high-level marketing strategy into actionable operational plans
• Align brand, organic, and lifecycle marketing initiatives with product teams to deliver a unified, high-performing player experience

Требования:

• Deep user acquisition experience in casual mobile gaming, with a specific focus on the casual Match-3 genre
• 7+ years of proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar performance marketing budgets, programmatic advertising, and scaling UA channels
• Strong background in leading creative strategy and App Store Optimization (ASO)
• Hands-on leadership experience, with a track record of coaching team members and driving performance to achieve business targets
• Strong strategic capability to design long-term growth roadmaps and transition execution functions effectively
