Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com in Poland is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand presence in major Polish cities. You will report to Head of Marketing Poland and drive market presence through high-impact execution and local trade activation.

You will tailor marketing initiatives to meet objectives, manage activations, and collaborate with HQ and local teams to boost user acquisition, engagement and orders in urban markets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• 3+ years of marketing experience, with local activation focus.
• Strong knowledge of the Polish market, especially major cities.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the annual media plan with city-focused activations.
• Drive local activation strategies tailored for urban markets.
• Manage end-to-end multi-channel campaigns to grow user base and orders.
• Collaborate with local teams, agencies, and HQ (Creative Studio, CRM, Digital, PR).
• Define KPIs, analyse results, and optimize ROI and market share.
• Spend time on the ground visiting locations to ensure flawless execution.
