Job description

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Platform Marketing Data Lead, who will be responsible for ensuring the creation and distribution of engaging marketing materials for new e-commerce and services platforms, following current industry best practice guidelines to use across all our client’s sites. You will represent & lead the marketing stream in the new e-commerce platform program leadership team.

Your Tasks
  • Lead the creation of templates and marketing content for the new e‑commerce platform, manage related assets, and ensure brand consistency
  • Provide consultation and training on the platform and marketing best practices, including developing and updating training materials
  • Build strong key stakeholder relationships, co‑define the roadmap, and resolve priority conflicts with clear recommendations
  • Analyze marketing performance of the platform across channels and prepare business reports and dashboards
  • Support and coordinate platform marketing campaigns, manage project timelines, and monitor ongoing tasks
  • Handle marketing-related purchase orders, invoices, budgets, contract renewals, and maintain Jira marketing tickets
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing in a competitive digital sector with a proven track record in achieving results (within budget, scope & timing)
  • Good understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Thorough experience with website analysis tools (e.g., BI, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Semrush)
  • Experience with Power BI, GA, Google Search Console, and Semrush
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Fluent Polish required
  • Residing in Poland required
Nice to have
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Meta, GTM
