A global law firm in Warsaw is seeking a Marketing Content Team Lead to manage a small team and develop engaging marketing content. Responsibilities include overseeing content creation for various platforms and supporting team development. Join our global team responsible for creating, curating, and maintaining high-quality marketing materials across a range of platforms. Collaborating with business development and marketing teams, our team ensures are marketing content is clear, relevant, and engaging for intended audiences and supports business objectives and brand reputation.
Leading a small team of Marketing Content Coordinators
Writing, editing, and overseeing the development of content for pitches, client campaigns, website, social media, and other platforms.
Championing client-centric and audience-focused content, ensuring all materials reflect a deep understanding of target readers and business stakeholders.
Supporting team members’ professional growth and development
Providing content guidance, feedback, and quality assurance for team members; act as a go-to resource for writing style, messaging, and best practice.
Monitoring and reporting on content quality and effectiveness
Contributing into development of content standards and ways of working
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
Have proven experience in content writing, editing, or marketing communications ideally with a strong foundation as a journalist or similar writing-intensive role within professional services, communications, or marketing.
Demonstrate excellent (close to native) English writing and editing skills
Are proficient in content management systems and Microsoft Office
Experience working as a team lead or mentoring junior colleagues, with strengths in developing and motivating teams.
Possess strong organisation, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
Show initiative, provide constructive feedback, and support team learning
Are collaborative and client-centric in your approach
Have a commitment to high-quality content and continuous improvement
