Job summary

Coty SA is seeking a Marketing Analysis Intern in Warsaw to transform data into actionable business insights. You will support local Coty teams by analyzing market, retailer, consumer and social media data to drive brand growth across Central and Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities include data cleaning, creating pivot tables, preparing monthly performance reports, and assisting in brand portfolio analyses. The role offers a flexible hybrid model and opportunities for professional development

Qualifications

• Curiosity, potential and willingness to learn are highly relevant.
• Comfortable with numbers in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Polish and English communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Download, clean, organize and validate datasets for analysis.
• Create pivot tables, summaries, rankings and charts in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prepare monthly market performance reports for makeup category using Excel and NIQ Discover.
• Support analysis of brands/products performance to identify growth drivers.
• Combine sales data with promotions, displays and campaigns to understand performance.
• Create presentations explaining market trends and competitive performance.
• Provide monthly social media performance reports for makeup category.
• Contribute to projects led by Marketing Analysis team across beauty categories.
• Assist teams with ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions.
