Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the Market Risk Platforms area. You will collaborate with Market Risk, Technology and Data stakeholders to automate risk reporting and data analysis with Python.

The role is hands-on, involving risk data work, data quality checks, and delivering well-defined deliverables within projects. Hybrid work with Warsaw office flexibility is offered under a B2B engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Market Risk concepts and reporting.
• Hands-on Python for data processing and automation.
• Experience with data validation and UAT testing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into tech/data solutions.
• Analyse Market Risk data processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Use Python to automate risk reporting and data workflows.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support data validation, investigate defects, and ensure data quality.
