Job summary

Kelvion Inc. seeks an experienced Finance Director to lead the finance function for its Świebodzice manufacturing plants. You will partner with local management to drive transparency, operational excellence, and sustainable growth in an international industrial setting.

The role demands strong IFRS reporting, SAP FI/CO expertise, and a strategic, hands-on leadership style. Polish and English fluency is essential; a full-time hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or Business Admin; advanced qualifications like ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MBA are an advantage.
• Experience in senior finance leadership within international manufacturing environments, including planning, costing, variances analysis, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting, plus Polish tax regulations; hands-on SAP FI/CO experience integrated with production and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local finance and controlling team, building capabilities and accountability.
• Ensure timely statutory, tax, IFRS-compliant reporting including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Drive controlling across manufacturing plants: revenue planning, KPI reporting, product costing, inventory valuation, variances.
