Job summary

EY Poland is seeking a Consultant for Manufacturing Excellence and Continuous Improvement to collaborate with client deployment teams across Europe, driving transformations in manufacturing operations.

You will design and implement operational improvements, lead workstreams, and contribute to EY’s methodologies while engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role involves travel across Europe and beyond, supported by EY’s AI tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading manufacturing excellence projects.
• Fluency in English and Polish is essential.
• Willingness to travel across Europe, the USA, South America and Africa.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client deployment teams to drive Manufacturing Excellence transformations.
• Support clients in designing and implementing operational improvements.
• Take ownership of workstreams and contribute to high-impact client engagements.
• Develop EY’s thought leadership and methodologies in manufacturing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leverage EY.AI tools to enhance analyses and insights.
