Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Dębica, Poland is seeking an experienced data integration engineer to advance manufacturing data systems across EMEA. You will lead projects, connect production equipment to IT platforms, and build robust data interfaces to improve efficiency and reliability.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of experience with APIs, XML, and Oracle databases, plus strong English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT or related field is required.
5–8 years of experience with data systems, API integration (APIs, XML) and manufacturing IT/OT.
Knowledge of enterprise messaging (ActiveMQ, Camel), programming (Java or C#), and databases (Oracle).
Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Lead and support projects to develop, implement and improve manufacturing data systems in EMEA.
Integrate production equipment with IT platforms and databases.
Develop and maintain data interfaces (APIs, system connections).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment data and system performance.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver solutions.
Ensure solutions meet global standards and business requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.
