Job summary

The Travel Corporation is seeking a Manual QA Engineer to join our quality assurance team in a hybrid setup. You will design and execute test plans, verify that features meet requirements, and work closely with developers, product owners, and QA colleagues to deliver reliable software for global platforms.

You should have at least 3 years of commercial QA experience, strong knowledge of testing methodologies and SDLC, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience as a QA Engineer.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Experience in software QA and SDLC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt testing approaches to different projects.
• Excellent English communication in an international environment.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the office).
• Strong interest in developing skills in test automation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating closely with developers, QA team members, and product stakeholders.
• Designing and executing test plans for applications and system components.
• Verifying that application functionality meets business and technical requirements.
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs.
• Supporting developers in reproducing and resolving issues.
• Monitoring logs and ensuring data integrity and security.
• Recommending improvements to enhance system quality and performance.
• Managing and maintaining test environments.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes.
