Job summary

Flosum is seeking a meticulous QA professional for a Contractor position in Poland. You will join a team focused on delivering robust software through thorough manual testing and strong collaboration with developers.

You will design test cases, execute REST API tests, verify SQL data, and participate in refinement and release testing, with emphasis on expanding test coverage and quality assurance processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manual QA.
• Experience testing web applications and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and databases (Postgres/MySQL).
• Good understanding of the software testing lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques.
• Experience creating test documentation from scratch.
• Experience working with Jira and TestRail (or similar tools).
• Familiarity with browser DevTools.
• English level sufficient for daily communication.
• Experience testing complex enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Test new features and verify bug fixes.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
• Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and QA documentation.
• Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios before development is completed.
• Test REST APIs using Swagger or Postman.
• Verify data using SQL.
• Reproduce reported issues and work with developers to investigate root causes.
• Participate in refinement sessions, and release testing.
• Help improve our testing processes and increase overall test coverage.
